Hey guys, it’s been a while since I last shared some work.
But I hope you’ll forgive me as I got married in August and even started a new job that same month. I know, big news right?
Nonetheless, I’m back with a new series…
It's been 5 years since I last visited Japan. Back then, I didn't own a camera, nor did I know how to use one, but it was there that I decided to create content and begin to share my work (the real ones will know! - check my first ever IG post!).
Today, I'm able to share my experiences through cinematography and 35mm film, and what a journey it's been. This time felt like a full circle moment for me, a reminder of how much I've learnt over those years.
In this video, I share my film photos from Tokyo and nerd out on some specifics about gear, film stocks and even picking up a NEW vintage camera.
The video is live now on my YouTube channel - click here to watch 🔗.
Show some love on YouTube - I'll see you over there ✌️
Faisal.
